1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing kingster.info, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an order.

2. Account and customer information

You must provide accurate name, mobile number, email, billing and delivery information. Orders, invoices, warranty registrations and replacement requests may be linked using your email, mobile number, Order ID and product serial number.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and verification codes secure and for informing KINGSTER promptly if you notice unauthorized activity.

3. Products, availability and pricing

• We aim to display product titles, specifications, compatibility, images, stock and prices accurately. Minor visual differences may occur between screens or production batches.
• Stock, promotional prices and offers can change before an order is confirmed.
• If a material pricing, stock or description error is discovered, we may contact you for confirmation, offer a suitable correction or cancel and refund the affected order.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement or payment authorization does not by itself guarantee dispatch. An order is accepted after payment verification, stock confirmation and our operational review. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, incorrect information, unavailable stock, pricing error, restricted delivery location or other lawful reason.

Where an accepted prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be returned through the applicable payment channel in accordance with the provider's processing timeline.

5. Payments

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery or other methods displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed by authorized payment providers. You must not use a payment method without the account holder's permission.

An order is treated as paid only after successful payment confirmation is received. Failed, cancelled, pending or reversed transactions do not create a confirmed prepaid order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, address accuracy, public holidays, weather, local restrictions or events outside reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy and verify courier tracking after dispatch.

Risk in the shipment passes as permitted by applicable law. Please report visible package damage, missing items or an incorrect item promptly with suitable photographs or unboxing evidence.

7. Returns, replacement and cancellation

Eligibility depends on the product, issue, purchase source, inspection result and applicable policy. Review the Return & Replacement Policy before submitting a request. A request is not approved merely because it has been submitted.

Products returned for inspection should include the original serial label and must be packed safely. Physical damage, tampering, unauthorized repair, misuse or a serial-number mismatch may affect eligibility, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Warranty and serial-number linkage

Warranty duration and coverage are those shown on the product page, invoice or warranty record. Warranty normally starts from the eligible purchase date. Registration may require an Order ID, invoice, marketplace reference, product S/N or HDD H/N.

Keep the product serial label intact. Warranty does not cover matters excluded by the applicable warranty terms, while your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Use Warranty Registration for registration and Replacement Request for an eligible claim.

9. Acceptable website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malicious material, submit false claims, scrape protected information, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

KINGSTER names, logos, page designs, product content, photographs and other website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping and support purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

11. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the website secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KINGSTER is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, third-party services or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment providers, couriers and service partners may receive the information reasonably required to complete payment, delivery, support or warranty workflows.

13. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Gujarat will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these terms when business, operational or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
